Ongoing Pest Prevention

Loyal will service your home bi-monthly to protect against common household pests like ants, roaches, rodents, and seasonal invaders. During your regular service visits, our trained technician also checks any Sentricon monitoring stations for any signs of termite activity.

This is an environmentally-friendly approach to pest control. Unlike traditional termite treatments that depend on a chemical barrier to keep termites away from the home, the Gold Shield program relies on regularly scheduled inspections and quick elimination of termite colonies.

Gold Shield Protection Plan Steps

1. 1. A detailed termite and pest inspection will be performed at your home. If termites are not found, Sentricon monitoring stations will be installed in the ground around the perimeter of protected structures. A detailed evaluation of other household pests to be prevented will be made and we will customize a treatment plan tailored to your home’s needs.
   2. The initial pest service will typically consist of an exterior perimeter crawling insect treatment, removal of spider webs on the exterior and interior, installation of rodent monitoring stations if needed, and targeted treatment as needed on the interior.
   3. Loyal will take care of scheduling your bi-monthly service for you. We work hard to accommodate your scheduling needs, providing service at times that are convenient for you. Many of our busiest customers prefer us to simply service exterior locations, where most pest problems originate. On the last scheduled visit of each year, an annual termite inspection is performed to make sure there are no termite problems in your home.
