What’s TAP® Insulation?

TAP® Insulation is made from cellulose, an eco-friendly material commonly used as blown-in insulation, with one big difference. The cellulose used in this type of insulation is treated with borates, which are mineral salts extracted from the earth. While humans won’t be adversely affected by the borates in TAP® insulation, most insect pests will die after ingesting it. It kills a wide range of common insect pests, including:
